Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.57 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: I am running Windows 10 Pro 1. Open Chrome 2. Maximize the chrome window 3. Go to news.google.com 4. Snap screen to side by pressing Windows Key + left arrow (or right). It is important to use this method, because clicking+dragging to snap the window will force it to exit the maximized state. 5. Notice that the window will no longer accept any events (i.e. mouse click, scroll, etc.). The DOM is also not adjusted to match the new window size. What is the expected behavior? When I snap chrome to the side from the maximized state, the window should adjust the DOM to match the new window size and the window should accept input. What went wrong? When I snap the chrome window from the fully maximized state, the window appears frozen and clicking or scrolling no longer works. DOM is not adjusted to match the new window size. When this happens, I can fix the issue by moving the chrome window on the screen. Once the chrome window moves, the DOM is positioned correctly. It is important to note that this does not happen when I snap the window when the screen is not maximized. The screen must be maximized to recreate this issue. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.57 Channel: beta OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 I've attached 2 screenshots. One is of the chrome window in the frozen state. Notice that the DOM is not positioned correctly (text is off screen, you cannot see the sidebar). When it is in this state, I cannot click on any links and cannot scroll. The next screenshot is after I move the chrome window and it "unfreezes". Notice how the DOM is now adjusted to match the window size, and I can now interact with it (click, scroll, etc).
