ARC: accessibility issue with android CompountButton widgets (Enter Key)

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2830.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.Press enter key when CompountButtton like checkbox/ switch/ toggle button/ radio button/ radio Group have focus. What is the expected behavior? Button should change their state. What went wrong? Rather than changing the state it sending the focus to next ui widget. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 54.0.2830.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 Even SpaceBar did not work.

Providing you a Apk which you can run on both Android Device and Chrome with ARC. Current behavior: 1. Run Apk on chrome with ARC. 2. Press down arrow key, so the buttons will get focus. 3. Press enter key. => Buttons Are not changing their state. They just pass the focus to next button. So there is no way to change the button state from keyboard. https://youtu.be/u-iYXQ9boCg Expacted behavior: 1. Run apk on a real android device and connect keyboard. 2.
