DevTool drop boxes color scheme in Dark Mode

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Developer Tool in Dark Mode 2. Go to "Network conditions" 3. Watch "Network throttling" dropbox What is the expected behavior? The options of the dropbox should be visible. This is happening all over the DevTools where dropboxes appear. What went wrong? The background and text color of the dropboxes does not match with the dark mode. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 I think the possible solution would be to invert the colors for drop downs. It will increase the visibility drastically.
