Regression: Actions menu selected highlight has 1 pixel white gap on Retina Mac

Version:54.0.2830.0 (Official Build)b6678f521d7dd83c84e701140739cc3b47afe5d8-refs/heads/master@{#412124} (64-bit)
OS:Mac Retina (10.11.5)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://history/
2. Click on 'Actions' icon of any link such that overlay gets open and observe grey highlight.

Actual:Grey highlight is not proper on 'Actions' overlay.
Expected:Grey highlight should be proper.

This is regression issue, broken in 'M 54' and will soon update the bisect info:

Good build:54.0.2829.0
Bad build:54.0.2830.0

Note: Issue is not reproducible on Windows, Linux and Mac Pro(10.10.5,10.11.4)

This bug is tagged as regression.Which means that the bisects are incorrect or do not have an owner who is actively investigating.
Requesting the reporter to triage and update the behavior in all the latest chrome channels and bisect if needed.Close as WontFix if not reproducible.
