Following recent changes for POST support in OpenURL and  issue 635400 , it appears that renderer-initiated navigations in PlzNavigate and the OpenURL path need to pass very similar data from the renderer to the browser. It seems we could benefit by merging the two IPCs and having a unified path, so that anything added to one of them is easily available to the other.
