Regression: Flickering is seen on renaming the images in Gallery.app

Version: 54.0.2826.0/8709.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Peppy, Blaze, Daisy, Jerry

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign in to user>> download 5,6 images>> open it in gallery>> go to thumbnail view>> try to rename the images>> give long name>> then click the cursor beside the name edit box

Expected: After renaming flickering should not be seen
Actual: Instead flickering is seen

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in M50: 50.0.2661.103/7978.74.0 stable-channel Daisy

Issue is seen in Latest M52: 52.0.2743.85/8350.60.0 stable-channel Daisy as well

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Able to reproduce the issue on 54.0.2826.0/8710.0.0 dev-channel Peppy. Observed flickering on renaming the images in Gallery app.
