Pages don't load correctly

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
https://games.crossfit.com/

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Simply go ta a webpage.
I can't say exactly how to reproduce it. It seems random.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
There are a lot of pages not loading correctly.
I have added an example of it in attachment.
You can look on the internet how it should be loaded.
The URL provided above does produce the problem nearly always.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes It does happen often but it seems to occur random. I don't do anything different when it occurs.

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I have both a laptop and a desktop at home.
I have installed both computers the same manner, both upgraded to windows 10, etc. And yet, the problem only occur on my laptop.

This looks like some of the content didn't load for you. Likely some stylesheets or javascript timed out at the network level or returned errors.

Please provide a network trace see https://dev.chromium.org/for-testers/providing-network-details to help us further diagnose the issue.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Closing due to lack of feedback requested in #3. The issue does not reproduce and without a network trace we cannot determine a cause.

If the issue is reproducible for you please log a new issue providing the required network trace.
