Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open the browser, navigate to http://google.com 2. keep loading the page about 60-120s, and alert 'page unresponsive', ask for kill the process or wait. 3. click 'wait', and about 30s later, load the page successfully. 4. open a new tab, and input google.com, the page load quickly. What is the expected behavior? step 2, should load the page more quickly. What went wrong? It seems to have something to do with 'sandbox'. When open chrome with '-no-sandbox', it will load page more fast. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable OS Version: Server 12 R Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
