Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2830.0 b6678f521d7dd83c84e701140739cc3b47afe5d8-refs/heads/master@{#412124} (64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/siteSettings/cookies 2. Now add site exception and click on 'More actions' button and observe Actual: Weird behavior is seen on clicking 'More actions' button Expected: Opening of the ‘More Actions’ overlay should be proper. This seems to have happened when dbeam rolled the Polymer version, so if this is a problem in Polymer then I'm not sure what changes I can make to fix this.

The flicker at the bottom of the menu seems to be gone now. |
