Regression: Weird flickering of the overlay observed on page zoom out.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2830.0 (Official Build) b6678f521d7dd83c84e701140739cc3b47afe5d8-refs/heads/master@{#412124} (32/64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,10) Steps: 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing 2. Click on 'Record' button and then click Edit categories 3. Now zoom out using Ctrl-- till 25% and observe. Actual: Weird flickering of the overlay observed on zoom out. Expected: No such flickering of overlay should be seen. This is a regression issue broken in M-54, will soon update the other info.

It's definitely not 406156 and it's unlikely to be my other change as well. I can look more in a bit, I don't have Windows here right now. Does this not reproduce on Linux?

Also, I can't reproduce this bug... I'll just unassign myself given comment 2. cc'ing scrolling people though, as it seems potentially overflow: auto related.

Unable to reproduce on any platform. Closing as neither I nor Christian have been able to reproduce it. |
