Ctrl-F doesn't work in Get Help app

Issue description

OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Get Help app and press Ctrl-F: no dialog comes up

Since the help app contains a lot of long text, having Ctrl-F working is a desired feature.
