Cannot save calendar timezone on Google Sites

Issue description

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Use Google Sites to create a page and embed your Google calendar on the page.
(2) Click the setting icon, you will see the default Timezone is GMT 5 - Eastern Time - New York
(3) Now change it to something else and click Save button. Click the setting again, the change disappeared.

What is the expected result?
It should save what I have selected Timezone.

What happens instead?
It always display the default timezone. Saving does not work!

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
