abakalov, is it possible that CLD3 regressed ChromiumPerf/chromium-rel-mac10/blink_perf.shadow_dom / MultipleInsertionPoints?

I am not sure why CLD3 would cause the regression. Do you know:
- how we can get more information about this test (e.g., what it's doing, what components are involved)
- is there a way the test can point us to who is depending on the language detection code
