Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Currently it is not possible to replicate dark theme from Incognito mode with extensions. It is not possible to change background color of omnibox and there are horizontal 1px white lines that can't be removed and lots of more subtle colors that are also inaccessible (for example many colors when window is inactive). Please make it possible to apply a stock dark theme from incognito to a normal mode. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? N/A Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
