Steps to reproduce:
(1) Hover over the Minimize, Restore down or Close button in chrome browser

(2) After a short hover the Grayscale will appear for the Minimize and Restore down button. For the Close a red overlay will appear. 

(3) After this color scale on any of the buttons, move the mouse down, now you can use the Chrome browser while the grey or red color scale is still applied on any of the buttons. 

(4) To restore the normal color scale on the buttons, move the mouse to the Chrome browsers title bar

Expected result:
After the hover on any of the buttons, the color of the normal button should appear (White)

Actual result:
After the hover on any of the buttons, the hover color stays until the title bar of the Chrome web browser is selected.

PS. This issue is more frequent on a full screen Chrome browser than on a window Chrome browser
