iOS: Security indicator icon color is always black in page info popup dialog. |

Issue descriptionApp Version: 53.0.2785.61 beta iOS Version: 9.3.2, 10.0 Device: iPhone, iPad URL: https://www.google.com, https://expired.badssl.com Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Google Chrome beta 2. Go to any of the above listed URLs 3. Tap on the security indicator in omnibox Observed results: Observe that the icon color in page info popup doesn't match with omnibox icon Expected results: Icons should match.
