Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Got to http://www.opentable.jp/r/zurriola-chuo-ku# on iPhone chrome
2. Click on map (should have chrome settings to open in maps app not new tab) and open in default maps app
3. On the maps app click on `back to chrome`, the parent page goes blank and is not recovered on refresh

What is the expected behavior?
The page should remain in the same state when coming back from the app

What went wrong?
Window.open is not working with iPhone chrome, rendering parent window blank after clicking a link and opening in app
