Chrome does not change workspace using the "move to workspace up/down" in Unity

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. open chrome 2. right-click on the menu bar and select "move to workspace up" or "move to workspace down What is the expected behavior? The Chrome window should move to the appropriate workspace. What went wrong? The window remains on the same workspace. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
