Disturbing flash every time a web page is being loaded

Reported by 6po...@gmail.com, Aug 14 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Just browse.
2.
3.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Before a web page begins loading, I see every time a white canvas for fractions of a second. I would like to be able to change the default color of canvas to black, for example (it would be great if I could do it using an extension and only at specific hours, automatically). Why? I would like to use extensions like Hacker Vision which "relaxes your eyes with a dark background and light-colored text. Applies a dark theme to the entire Internet". The problem is the flash: fast shifting from white canvas to dark theme. Even without using an extension like the one above mentioned, at night, it is very annoying for my eyes to see even for fractions of a second that white canvas.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable
OS Version:
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I tried reproducing the above issue on Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome version '52.0.2743.116' and unable to reproduce the above issue.

Plausibly, this issue is cause by an extension.

I request you to please try the above issue by creating a new user from chrome://settings and let us know if the issue still persists.

I really appreciate your help & time.

Thank you!

Please visit this address: http://www.awwwards.com/50-beautifully-designed-black-websites.html and click on any thumbnail to load a black website inside your browser. You will notice for less of one second a white canvas followed by the loaded black website. I wanna change the color of that canvas so I can enjoy dark themed websites without disturbing my sight.

I browsed inside a incognito window with all extensions disabled.
