Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Just Click on menu item which is having sub menu items. As you see in attached image i click on item with text Sync with Server at exact center of item. But rather than selecting first one it selects next one, because it rendered little down. What is the expected behavior? When we click on menu items it should be select appropriate item. What went wrong? On real android devices it start rendering from top, but on arc apps it renders little down. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 When app show the progress dialog menu items renders properly.

Tested this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable M52-52.0.2743.116 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed while clicking the menu items the actual item is not getting selected. Requesting ARC team to look in to it for further triaging. Thanks!
