Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Have a bookmark in a folder
2. Try moving it to the bookmarks bar by drag drop

What is the expected behavior?
I expect that I can drag a bookmark the same way as one in the root of the bookmark bar

What went wrong?
After a few seconds, it just fails

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 54.0.2824.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I've added a screencast, in the first part, you can see the bookmark being dragged into the folder, afterwards when dragging it out, it somehow just fails even though the mouse was not released
