"AutomationApiTest.Desktop" is flaky.

This issue was created automatically by the chromium-try-flakes app. Please find the right owner to fix the respective test/step and assign this issue to them. If the step/test is infrastructure-related, please add Infra-Troopers label and change issue status to Untriaged. When done, please remove the issue from Sheriff Bug Queue by removing the Sheriff-Chromium label.

1. the first flake came before that patch landed
2. the test in question doesn't exercise this code because this code is enabled by a command line flag.

I'm afraid I have nothing to do with this test. I was disabling tests here as a sheriff, not as an OWNER.

@sashab: Next time please try to involve OWNERS (Ccing them now + adding a suitable component).
