border-radius are interpreted differently.

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.6 using chrome version 52.0.2743.116 and canary 54.0.2829.0.This is regression issue broken in M50.Please find the bisect information as below

Hi, 

Thanks so much for filing this bug. This test page works the same across FF, Edge and Chrome. The change listed above was made to make us interoperable with other browsers. 
This is hence working as intended. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
