Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2486.0 Safari/537.36 Edge/13.10586 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open up chrome 2. it then fails to load the homepage (google.com) 3. and it also fails to display the settings What is the expected behavior? ... to work. What went wrong? I get a popup to wait for the page to load or to kill it. When I click to wait, after a while it stops working. Crashed report ID: How much crashed? Just one tab Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes yesterday, 2016-08-12 Chrome version: 52 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 My OS (Win 10) updated.

I get an error message, that Google Docs Offline crashed, then I get the aww snap error page. As I mentioned in the issue, I cannot even access chrome:// pages. I cannot access the chrome://settings and I just tried chrome://crashes - they all behave the same, leading to the aww snap page. I tried running it ih --disable-extensions. I no longer get any aww snap pages, but I still can't open any URLs.

Rechecked this on chrome version 54.0.2840.99 on Windows 10 and unable to reproduce it. @ garone80: Request you to please update your chrome version, navigate to chrome://settings and reset settings and try again. Please update us with your observations. Thanks.!
