Chrome Version       : 52.0.2743.116 m (64-bit) Doesn't work with Chromium, Chrome
URLs (if applicable) : URL can not be shared as it is company's web outlook
Other browsers tested: IE and Firefox
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari: PASS
    Firefox: PASS
         IE: PASS (11.0.960018349CO)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Try to upload any file from machine to web Outlook
(2) The Upload pop-up where we get to browse the path does not come up
(3)

What is the expected result?
The user should be able to browse from web mail and attach a file after the browser gives a pop-up to browse the file location.

What happens instead?
When we try to upload any file from desktop to web mail, chrome does not give the pop-up to browse and upload file (attached screenshot for this issue), this is perfectly working in IE and Firefox.

I have tried with my Company's web outlook and my client's web outlook, that issue is still there. It works absolutely fine with IE and Firefox (This is a critical issue, I have been observing this on different web outlook.)

To upload a file i have to always open my webmail in either FIREFOX or IE because it doesn't allow on Chrome. 

We are now addicted to chrome, so facing lot of issues during our office work.
