Annoying automated ZOOM Chrome, which cannot be stopped or fixed

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Zoom is not stable using chrome in either touch or keyboard modes.

What is the expected behavior?
we shall be able to fix Zoom on web-page, or change it manually.

What went wrong?
it is impossible to work with such behavior. not to read, not to write e-mails, if zoom is juming as it likes.

OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Reporter@ Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-10 (Dell) using chrome latest stable M52-52.0.2743.116. Observed no issue in zooming the webpage using touch screen, mouse and keyboard as well.

1. Could you please confirm is this issue seen only to specific webpages? If yes, please list them 
2. Are you seeing the same issue on incognito mode as well? 
3. Is this issue used to work fine on any of the previous versions of chrome?
3. Please let us know on which hardware device are you facing this issue.
