Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download a PDF (see attached file)
2. After it opens fine in Chrome PDF Viewer click Download or File>Save Page As
3. Get an error  "Failed - network error" 

What is the expected behavior?
To download the file. This works for both Firefox and Safari. For Chrome doesn't work neither on Mac, nor on Windows

What went wrong?
Got an error  "Failed - network error" . Clicking resume doesn't help -> "No File"
