"Search in Settings" fails to find some texts

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to chrome://settings/cookies
2. Check that you see "Locally stored data". Check!
3. Go to chrome://settings/search#Locally
4. Check that something has been found. Check!

5. Go to chrome://settings/contentExceptions#cookies
6. Check that you see "Hostname pattern". Check!
7. Go to chrome://settings/search#Hostname
8. Check that something has been found.

What is the expected behavior?
Check!

What went wrong?
No check!

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

This may be related: Using the mouse, you can highlight "Locally stored data" on chrome://settings/cookies; but you cannot highlight "Hostname pattern" on chrome://settings/contentExceptions#cookies.
