Steps to repro:

1. Navigate to "https://chromium-review.googlesource.com" while signed in to relevant account, but not having visited Gerrit for some time

Expected results:

I'd expect to be signed in to Gerrit, just like I am in Rietveld.

Actual results:

I'm not signed in. When I click "sign in", I'm automatically logged in without any further prompts. That's great - just why not do that without need to click anything?
