holmer@, please, take a look at this. Did someone (re-)enable a test or metric recently?

I don't know of anything that should have been reenabled, but it does look weird that the tests haven't been reporting results for a long time.

Magnus, do you know if this could be related to your CL (the first one after the long period of silence)? https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/webrtc/+/86cc6ffc7ca14c79d760695e89ab9698ed251873

It does change rampup_tests.cc.

My CL doesn't affect anything, at least not when testing locally on Mac or Linux. There has been a bunch of changes though during these 6+ months.

I'm putting this back to you to decide what to do here, but I suspect there isn't much to do.

As it doesn't seem reasonable to bisect 6 months worth of CLs, I suggest we simply close this. Not unreasonable to believe that we have improved. :)
