2 BluetoothTests failed on Mac10.11 and Mac10.10

BluetoothTest.BluetoothGattConnection_SimulateDisconnect and BluetoothTest.BluetoothGattConnection_DisconnectGatt_SimulateDisconnect fails since these builds https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.mac/builders/Mac10.10%20Tests/builds/7800 and https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.mac/builders/Mac10.11%20Tests/builds/2394

Range of CLs caused the problem is 411362 - 411399.

Suspected CL is https://codereview.chromium.org/2221353002 (411373).

Another bluetooth CL is https://codereview.chromium.org/2228183002, but is touches only icons.

https://codereview.chromium.org/2221353002  was reverted. Waiting for new builds... (mac tests take a lot of time).
