Regression: Bookmarks are seen in missing in Bookmark manager

Version: 54.0.2827.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and bookmark 10-15 tabs to bookmark bar.
(2) Now go to bookmark manager and observe for bookmarked tabs in bookmark manager.

Expected: Bookmarked tabs should be seen  bookmark manager.
Actual: Instead Bookmarked tabs are seen missing in bookmark manager.

This is a regression issue broken in M54. Will provide bisect info soon.

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows-10 and Mac OS 10.11.6 using chrome latest Dev M54-54.0.2827.0. Observed only 4 bookmarks are displayed in the bookmark manager when 15 tabs are bookmarked.

https://codereview.chromium.org/2200303003 shouldn't be related since it's just a very simple refactoring.

Are you really sure that the culprit change is https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/6472bb855545574ee2a032af1f85c9efb4cf0401..8dfa12f1b8845bc912728471d19d9915119456d7?

This is probably the same as  issue 634704  / commit 8dfa12f1b.

Zooming or resizing the page is a workaround to make the bookmarks appear.

Fixed in CR 634704.  Merged to m54 beta today, will appear with next beta update (~10/5?)
