OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Open to 2-3 webpages ->Go to chrome://history page
(2)Select one History so that  'CANCEL' and 'DELETE'  Buttons are seen
(3)Now press F12 to open DevTools -> Drag the Devtools window to extreme L.H.S -> Now drag Horizontal scrollbar and observe 

Expected: 'CANCEL' and 'DELETE' Buttons should be seen on resizing Dev tools
Actual: Instead 'CANCEL' and 'DELETE'  Buttons are seen Missing 

This is Regression Issue broken in M-53
