CMD+W closes pinned tab

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Pin one of the tabs and switch to it
2. Press CMD+W on your keyboard
3. 

What is the expected behavior?
The pinned tab should not be closed

What went wrong?
The pinned tab is closed which is against the meaning of pinned tabs.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82  Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.11.1
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
It is the intended behavior for Cmd-W to close a pinned tab.
