EC: MKBP: Remove virtual battery key.

Right now, there appears to be nothing in ToT that sends the virtual battery key.

We already have battery host events. Is there any use for the virtual battery key any longer? If so, we _could_ turn it into an MKBP event. Otherwise, let's just get rid of it.
