Crashes in DesktopSessionProxy::OnCaptureResult

A consistent crash has been found in DesktopSessionProxy::OnCaptureResult function. https://goo.gl/Nt1gOl.
video_capturer_ may be released before OnCaptureResult has been called.

[Chromoting] A quick fix of  bug 637087 

IpcVideoFrameCapturer may be released before DesktopSessionAgent returns a
frame, so we should check before calling
IpcVideoFrameCapturer::OnCaptureResult() function.
