Dynamically validate addresses in all countries

Is the goal to validate addresses when they are added or also when they are selected?

We need to validate addresses in two places.

1. When querying PersonalDataManager for shipping addresses, we should check validity of each address to determine whether it's "complete". "Complete" addresses are sorted on top of "incomplete". Clicking on an "incomplete" address opens up the text editor.

2. When user is editing the address.
