Issue descriptionThe linked message here (open in PolyGerrit): https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/364480/#message-66a92c42355ee3cf52d3a44b9164b95d495fe636 shows tandrii as the one clearing the CQ bit, when it was CQ Bot acting on behalf of the user. It should show CQ bot clearing the bit to avoid confusion.

When bots comment onBehalfOf someone else, the display is now much more clear about what happens. |
