WS_CLIPSIBLINGS style not set on "Intermediate D3D Window"

Reported by page...@gmail.com, Aug 11 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Opening a duplicate for archived issue: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=587535
as instructed by SheriffBot.

'We have a utility application that creates child windows and it is not working with Chrome on Windows 10 (and I believe Windows 8).'

'The new "Intermediate D3D Window" is painting over the child windows because it does not have the WS_CLIPSIBLINGS style.

Would it be possible to add the WS_CLIPSIBLINGS style to the "Intermediate D3D Window"?'

What is the expected behavior?
Child window is visible because WS_CLIPSIBLINGS style is set.

What went wrong?
Child window not visible. Demonstration Visual Studio project included.

Did this work before? Yes It works on platforms where the Intermediate D3D Window is not used by Chrome -- e.g. Win7.

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
