Aftr doing a find, the program is open, but I am sent back to my desktop

  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5:
  Firefox 4.x:
     IE 7/8/9:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Try opening a atabase
2.Then do a find
3.Chrome takes you out of the program and you have to click to get back to the program

What is the expected result?
The expected resul would be to just give me the find info

What happens instead of that?
Instead, the program stays open, but I am taken back to my desktop.

possible.

@ marsha_fox: Request you please provide an update on the below statement, not sure what exactly it is relating to.

"Try opening a atabase"

Tried normally by launching chrome version 52.0.2743.116 on windows 7 and Windows 10, navigated to some webpages and did a find in operataion. Find it showed the results without navigating it to desktop.
