I have update form Chromium 49 and all pages display "Aw, Snap!" even settings. "Lern more" or "send feedback" don't function

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:

The browser should work as it worked until update.

What went wrong?
I am not able to use Chromium.

Crashed report ID: No.

How much crashed? Whole browser

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116-2  Channel: beta
OS Version: Debian
Flash Version: Pepper flash 1.8.3

Please help me. I hope i made right bug report. Thank you!

Unable to repro this issue on Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) for Google Chrome Stable Version - 52.0.2743.116 & Chromium Version - 51.0.2704.79

Screen-recording is attached.

@wojciech.jan.jasinski: Could you please perform the steps mentioned beneath and let us know your observations.

1. Uninstall your Google Chrome/Chromium.
2. Delete the folder => Home -> Control + H -> .config -> chromium/google-chrome [Delete this folder]
3. Install the Google Chrome Latest (52.0.2743.116) / Chromium (51.0.2704.79) version(s).
4. Re-test the same on a clean profile [chrome://settings -> Add Person -> Do not login]

@MTV: Team, could you please verify the same on Debian OS.

I have done these 3 steps but still the situation is the same only difference i can see that the browser is clean of my old changes eg. bookmarks bar is visible. The step nr. 2 change is visible.
