Issue description
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. make HTML file using below sample tag
2. view at the browser

when remove rtl direction from the div tag, it works correctly.

Interesting, I had to add a device-width viewport and some extra text to make the text overflow the viewport but once I did I couldn't scroll. Repro posted at http://bokan.ca/bugs/636830.html.
