Chromium Presubmit failed but sheriff-o-matic falied to pick it up.

Problem with Sheriff-o-Matic:
https://sheriff-o-matic.appspot.com/chromium

Chromium presubmit started failing badly with exceptions (sample https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.linux/builders/chromium_presubmit/builds/235750)

Sheriff-o-matic did not pick up this failure at all.

I'll send you an email with more information on this tomorrow (I'm MTV time zone), but please try out https://sheriff-o-matic-staging.appspot.com/chromium - it's a new version of Sheriff-o-Matic has a checkbox on the left for "Show Infra failures". It might have caught this, but I can't tell right now because chromium_presubmit has since become green again.
