alert() from a WebAPK while a CCT is open

Filing this ahead of time: when WebAPKs start opening CCTs we should figure out what happens when you open a CCT and then call alert() in the WebAPK.

We should consider to pause activities in the WebAPK to avoid resources draining, e.g. suspend the JS timer as we do with background tab/app.
