Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2824.0 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open Elements panel in a page such as 'www.google.com' (2) Select a deep node, e.g. body > div > div#doc-info (3) Right click the node and Edit HTML What is the expected output? The inplace editor should not go behind the scrollbar. What do you see instead? The inplace editor goes behind the scrollbar, occluding part of the content.
