youtube is slow

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. youtube.com
2. any video
3. 

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
with the new version of chromum youtube site is more slower.
pictures loading slow and html5 player too

Did this work before? Yes before update

Chrome version: 54.0.2826.0  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

youtube works but with the new update its little More slower than before!

Unable to reproduce the issue on win7 chrome version 54.0.2826.0 - Youtube videos work fine after upgrading chrome from 54.0.2825.0

Could you please replicate the same on a new profile and update the thread with observations. You can create a new profile from chrome://settings
