Checked https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromiumos/platform2/+/master/debugd/src/helpers/dev_features_ssh.cc. I think the documentation is wrong. The main thing the command does is to start sshd with 'initctl start openssh-server', and it has to be done on every boot. Who should I ask to fix the doc? I don't seem to have a write permission for the page. https://developer.android.com/topic/arc/index.html has the same issue.
