CSSOM View properties gets rounded to integer

Steps to reproduce the problem:
cssom properties such as scrollTop, scrollLeft etc don't support fractional offsets (as specified in the working draft).

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
values seem always rounded to integer. breaks sites if browsed with a device having a DPR != 1 and there is no sane workaround, afaik

does this help? http://i.imgur.com/EJwo48f.gif sometimes the scrollbar can't reach the scroll-end. basically, scrollTop + clientHeight is not equal to scrollHeight, and is in fact a pixel smaller

i also tried to get the same value through getBoundingClientRect but is wrong too.

This is not a dup, CSSOM view properties are different from the newly introduced visualViewport properties. However, this bug is really old - we've since shipped fractional scroll offsets for properties like scrollLeft/Top so I'm closing this bug. Feel free to reply here if you're still having issues and I can take a closer look.
