Won't open Verizon.net website

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Google Chrome Canary
(2) Enter www.verizon.net
(3) 

What is the expected result?
Open website.

What happens instead?
Received the following: An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator. If you are the system administrator please click here to find out more about this error.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
Running Classic ASP Applications on IIS 7 and IIS 8.
Version: 54.0.2825.0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.11.6, Ubuntu 14.04 using 54.0.2825.0, latest stable 52.0.2743.116.Observed that 'www.verizon.net' website opened without any errors.
