Issue description<b>Version: <Kenneth, what is the frequency?></b> <b>OS: <please tell me it's not XP></b> What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.Launch chrome -> Sign in to Profile -> Go to Settings ->Now Click on the link "Supervised Users Dashboard" 2.Press F12 to open Dev tools -> Click on 'Toggle device toolbar' -> Reload the page -> close the Dev tools 3.Now observe Menu at Header part of Supervised Users page and try to Click on Settings options and observe(Please Refer Video) Expected: On Clicking Settings Icon options should be seen Actual: Instead Unnecessary Settings options is seen This is Regression Issue broken in M-49 Note : 1.On Reloading Supervised Users page Header Menu is not seen 2.Unable to sign into chromium builds in Linux.
